Our support team is available 24/7. We can provide you with a custom framework of tools such as a dedicated VOIP or Slack account, a Basecamp or JIRA ticketing system; or utilize your existing, internal support systems. 


Support Packages

We offer many levels of support from 200 to 1000 hours annually. Custom support contracts are also available. Hours roll over from month-to-month as priorities shift and change, and are billed at our single, blended rate.

Custom Support We will work with you to estimate the effort and cap our fee.

Bronze Support anticipates 200 hours annually of creative and technical support annually (roughly 16 hours/month)

Silver Support anticipates 240 hours annually of creative and technical support annually (roughly 20 hours/month)

Gold Support anticipates 480 hours annually of creative and technical support annually (roughly 40 hours/month)

Platinum Support anticipates 720 hours annually of creative and technical support annually (roughly 60 hours/month)
