Vera Institute of Justice: improving accessibility to Current Thinking on equitable justice systems

The Vera Institute of Justice makes justice systems fairer and more effective through research and innovation. 

We worked with Vera for half a decade designing, iterating and managing Vera.org.

Our favorite project was Vera’s Current Thinking — a forum for ideas, opinions, and strategies on justice policy and practice.

We designed Current Thinking to use VERA's topics of interest as both a table of contents and a means of cross-referencing content. The user-interface was redesigned to give Current Thinking a coherent brand identity working within VERA's existing guidelines.

Current Thinking was designed to encourage dialog around individual articles using Mollum to facilitate comments administration.
