The New York State Senate has sixty-two districts meeting the needs of the state’s 19 million citizens.
The Senate turned to rayogram to build an application capable of managing these constituents. rayogram helped Senate staff consolidate functionality previously spread over various outdated legacy systems. Immediate benefits include streamlining workflows allowing senate office staff throughout the state to more easily interact with constituent data. Built on the open-source CiviCRM platform, the application also allows senate offices to distribute this constituent relationship management effort more widely among staffers. This highly customized application also included naming and visual branding of the solution as “Bluebird”. It has been rolled out to select offices, with training tutorials and documentation.
